Η CD Projekt εξασφάλισε χρηματοδότηση από την πολωνική κυβέρνηση

Η CD Projekt RED έλαβε από την πολωνική κυβέρνηση την μεγαλύτερη επιχορήγηση που έχει δοθεί ποτέ από το συγκεκριμένο κράτος για την βελτίωση την ανάπτυξης βιντεοπαιχνιδιών στην χώρα. Συγκεκριμένα, το στούντιο πίσω από την άκρως επιτυχημένη σειρά The Witcher πήρε 7 εκατομμύρια δολάρια για την ανάπτυξη του Cyberpunk 2077. Στην αίτηση της προς το κράτος ανέφερε πως τα χρήματα θα αφοσιωθούν στην έρευνα και την ανάπτυξη για τους τέσσερις τομείς που έχουν ως εξής:
