Οι Simpsons θα φτάσουν τη 30η σεζόν

Οι Simpsons βρίσκονται πλέον στην 28η σεζόν τους και πρόκειται για την μακροβιότερη σειρά στην ιστορία της τηλεόρασης. Το προηγούμενο ρεκόρ ανήκε στην western σειρά του CBS, Gunsmoke , με είκοσι συνολικά σεζόν. Πλέον η διαφορά αυτή θα μεγαλώσει και άλλο.

Όπως ανακοίνωσε επίσημα η Fox, η σειρά ανανεώθηκε για δύο ακόμα σεζόν και έτσι εν τέλει θα φτάσει τις 30, με συνολικά 669 επεισόδια. Αυτό χαρίζει στο Simpsons δύο ακόμα διακρίσεις. Πρόκειται και για την σειρά με τα περισσότερα επεισόδιά και την μεγαλύτερη animated σειρά στην αμερικανική τηλεόραση.
