Η Rockstar κυκλοφόρησε νέο update για το Red Dead Redemption 2

Η Rockstar Games κυκλοφόρησε σήμερα μία ολοκαίνουργια ενημέρωση (update) για το Red Dead Redemption 2, το οποίο να σας υπενθυμίσουμε ότι έγινε διαθέσιμο πριν από σχεδόν 6 χρόνια.

Φαίνεται ότι η εταιρία δεν σταματάει την υποστήριξη του τίτλου τόσα χρόνια μετά, αν και το νέο update δεν εμπλουτίζει με νέο περιεχόμενο. Αντ’ αυτού, πρόκειται για μία μικρή ενημέρωση που βελτιώνει όμως τη συνολική εμπειρία, διορθώνοντας bugs, τόσο στο βασικό παιχνίδι, όσο και στο Red Dead Online.

Παράλληλα, κάνει καλύτερη την υποστήριξη του παιχνιδιού στο PC με HDR10+ GAMING, με νέα έκδοση του, αλλά διορθώνοντας κιόλας την ανάλυση για όσους παίζουν σε 3200x2400.

• Fixed an issue that resulted in Free Roam Missions not launching
• Improved an issue that resulted in players becoming stuck when entering the stables
• Improved an issue that resulted in players being unable to summon horses and wagons

• Fixed various issues that could result in a crash

• Fixed various issues that would result in the game crashing or failing to launch
• Fixed an issue that resulted in Offline Mode not working due to Windows 11 updates
• Fixed an issue that resulted in crashes after reporting other players
• Fixed issues that resulted in Offline Mode not working correctly
• Added support for HDR10+ GAMING, this will automatically set game graphics in HDR for HDR10+ GAMING displays on compatible graphics cards and monitors connected via HDMI
• Updated AMD Fidelity Super Resolution (FSR) libraries to version 2.2
• Fixed an issue that resulted in 3200x2400 resolution being unavailable

Για την ιστορία, τον περασμένο Φεβρουάριο μάθαμε ότι το Red Dead Redemption 2 έχει πουλήσει 61 εκατομμύρια αντίτυπα παγκοσμίως, ενώ οι πωλήσεις του Red Dead franchise γενικά έχει ξεπεράσει τα 86 εκατομμύρια αντίτυπα. Το Red Dead Redemption 2 είναι το 7ο μεγαλύτερο σε πωλήσεις βιντεοπαιχνίδι όλων των εποχών, ξεπερνώντας το Skyrim της Bethesda, αλλά και το Super Mario Bros. της Nintendo, σπάζοντας το ρεκόρ που διατηρούσε από το 1985.

Το Red Dead Redemption 2 κυκλοφόρησε στις 26 Οκτωβρίου του 2018 για τις κονσόλες, ενώ καιρό αργότερα έγινε διαθέσιμο και στο PC.
