Nintendo Switch: Το dock γρατζουνάει την οθόνη;

Όπως αναφέρουν δεκάδες χρήστες του NeoGAF καθώς και το glixel, το dock του Nintendo Switch μπορεί να γρατζουνίσει την οθόνη της υβριδικής κονσόλας. Αυτό συμβαίνει αν ο χρήστης δεν ευθυγραμμίσει σωστά την κονσόλα και την κουνήσει ελαφρώς εντός του dock στη προσπάθεια του να τη συνδέσει με την USB-C θύρα. Η οθόνη δεν ακουμπάει σε κάποια προστατευτική επιφάνεια μέσα στο dock, το οποίο αποτελείται κυρίως από σκληρό πλαστικό και αυτό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα το γρατζούνισμα της οθόνης.

Ανεξαρτήτως, αν το πρόβλημα είναι αρκετά διαδεδομένο ή όχι, συστήνουμε την προσοχή σε όλους τους αγοραστές της κονσόλας. Μια καλή λύση θα ήταν μια προστατευτική επιφάνεια οθόνης, όπως αυτή που έρχεται με την επίσημη θήκη μεταφοράς.

 

Παράλληλα, οι κάτοχοι της κονσόλας αντιμετωπίζουν ένα ακόμα πρόβλημα, το οποίο έχει φτάσει ήδη στα αυτιά της Nintendo. Try these steps:

  1. Ensure your console has the latest system update.

  3. Try to decrease the distance between the Joy-Con and the Nintendo Switch console.
  4. Ensure that the Nintendo Switch console is placed to minimize interference with the Joy-Con. It is best if the Nintendo Switch console is placed out in the open and that it is not:
    1. Behind a TV
    2. Near an aquarium
    3. Placed in or under a metal object
    4. Pressed against a large amount of wires and cords
    5. Within three to four feet of another wireless device, such as a wireless speaker or a wireless access point.
  5. Check for possible sources of interference and turn them off. Interference can be caused by devices, such as:
    1. Laptops, tablets, etc.
    2. Wireless headsets
    3. Wireless printers
    4. Microwaves
    5. Wireless speakers
    6. Cordless phones
    7. USB 3.0-compatible devices such as hard drives, thumb drives, LAN adapters, etc.

In most cases it will be enough to move these devices three to four feet away from the Nintendo Switch console and/or Joy-Con controllers. However, if you continue to experience this issue, please power these devices off while using the Nintendo Switch console.
