Η Sega ανακοίνωσε ότι πολύ σύντομα πρόκειται να αφαιρέσει πολλά κλασσικά παιχνίδια της από τα ψηφιακά καταστήματα.
Η αφαίρεση των παιχνιδιών θα πραγματοποιηθεί στις 6 Δεκεμβρίου. Μεταξύ άλλων, οι χρήστες δε θα μπορούν να αγοράσουν παιχνίδια όπως το Phantasy Star II, το Golden Axe και το Jet Set Radio.
Όσοι έχουν ήδη αγοράσει ένα από τα παιχνίδια της λίστας (την οποία θα βρείτε παρακάτω) θα εξακολουθούν να έχουν πρόσβαση σε αυτά, ενώ ορισμένα παιχνίδια θα υπάρχουν κανονικά στο Nintendo Switch Online. Η εταιρία δεν έχει ανακοινώσει τους λόγους αυτής της απόφασης.

Από το PlayStation και το Nintendo Switch θα αφαιρεθεί το SEGA Genesis Classics.
